view of the beach. Open kitchen and living room provide space for your group to enjoy your time together. One bedroom with a private bathroom and the other bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed. The queen pullout sofa in the living area provides additional space if you have a larger group. In the center courtyard enjoy a refreshing swim at the pool or grill out as the sunsets over the gulf. You really have everything you need right here.
When it is time to hit the beach you can access through public beach access points on West 10th Street (approx 10 minute walk) and West 6th Street (approx 5 minute walk). There is also paid public parking available for you there as well. The main public beach access point near The Hangout is a mile away and puts you within walking distance of so many of the local restaurants and shops.

Summary: Everything was nice except two issues. First, there was no beach access and we did not know until we tried going through a walkway in front of our condo. We were told by a man sitting at an entrance close and he said access is 6th street which we read in the book inside the condo afterwards. It’s possible I didn’t read that there was only beach access crossing at 6th street in the information, but it is a long walk and would’ve been good to know ahead of time. We had close access to go through due to my sister staying across the street and used one of their key fobs. The second, is the window in main bedroom seems open due to how loud the street noise comes through. Hard to sleep even with a fan we brought for noise blocking. Everything else was nice and we had a great visit there. Thank you
