Positive: agricultural situation. Good view out to sea. Not too far from Icod
Negative: hill very steep and road rather rough. Hard to walk from the house as hills so steep. Very noisy man (loud music) in hut below the house. Only outside space is roof. Needs new cork screw and L hand door of cupboard under sink loose.
