Start your beach town adventure at this unique 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac with playground, hot tub and succulent garden. This comfortable home includes the main, 4 bedroom house, large back yard with hot tub. There is a separate one bedroom apartment above the garage with private entrance that other guests may book with their own entrance. Walk to a grocery store and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to Carlsbad Village with shops, restaurants, expansive beach and more!

Parking: You can park in the driveway and in the garage. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor's homes, they do not like this and it is against the short term rental laws. They will report you. Leave the left side of the driveway for the guests staying above the garage.

Garbage: The garbage and recycling are on the side of the home. Please put them out if you are staying Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Please bring them back into the side yard Monday afternoon.
