This newly built 6 bedroom 6.5 bath luxurious home is nestled in the Frio River Texas Hill Country region, located in the Concan Country Club gated community and minutes from Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day at the Frio river!
Elegantly furnished, this 5,400 square foot two-story home with tasteful interior design is perfect for family reunions, vacationers and business travelers. No system or finish has been overlooked.
The comfortable living area has a full entertainment center and satellite TV. Each room has a TV with DirecTV.
The kitchen has ample storage cabinetry and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Specialty cooking items such as crockpot should be brought.
The house has a private swimming pool and hot tub where you can enjoy a warm soak even in the middle of winter! The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, TV, and a charcoal BBQ pit.
Please NO SMOKING inside the House, but guests may light up all they wish outdoors. Also, the garage doors will be locked at all times. No parking in the garage.
For special occasions and requests simply give us a "heads up" at the time the reservations is made. We will do everything possible to assist in making your stay memorable.
