An easy walk to the white sugar sands that the Gulf Coast has to offer with deeded public beach access located at the end of 12th Street. This duplex was renovated in 2022. Perfect retreat to bring the entire family with something for everyone to enjoy!

The Space:
Top Floor:
This home is a duplex that includes both the bottom and top floor. The top floor includes a comfortable living space with light flowing in from the spacious private balcony. The large balcony has plenty of seating and dining table overlooking Little Lagoon. The open concept living space looks into the dining area and kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats six at the table with additional four seats at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a homemade fest for the family. There is a washer and dryer on the top floor for your convenience. The main bedroom has incredible views from Little Lagoon and features a king-size bed. The large en-suite main bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Second bedroom features a king-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Third bedroom features a queen-size bed and third bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The fourth room has a full-size bunkbed.
Bottom Floor:
Bottom floor also includes a comfortable living space with access to an additional private balcony. The open concept living space has a sleeper sofa. The dining table comfortably seats six at the table with additional four seats at the kitchen bar. The additional kitchen is also stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There is an additional washer and dryer on bottom floor. The bottom main bedroom has king-size bed. The large en-suite main bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The sixth bedroom features a king-size bed and fifth bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Seventh bedroom features a queen-size bed and sixth bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The eighth room has two twin-size beds and a twin-size bunkbed.
2 fully-equipped kitchens, 2 separate wireless internets, 10 smart TVs, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 lagoon-front balconies.
This home is even complete with a dock that has been completely rebuilt.

Down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.
Getting Around:
Take AL-59 until you get to the T , at the dead end take a right onto W Beach Blvd (AL-182). Go for 1.6 mi. Turn right onto W 11th St. Go for 0.1 mi. Turn left onto W Lagoon Ave. Go for 0.2 mi.

The duplex is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100, plus tax (dogs ONLY & certain restrictions apply (up to 40lb limit, 2 dogs max).
