Located in East Orange Beach, about a half a mile from the FloraBama, this two bedroom condo is very spacious. With sleeping for 9, enjoy the views from the main bedroom and the living area. While not inside, there is a storage room downstairs with beach items for your use during your stay! Hit the beach, build a sand castle or go one of the numerous restaurants or shops within just a half mile to a mile! Everything for the beach vacation is here so book today!
The Space:
Walk-in to an open floor plan with the kitchen to your right. The kitchen contains cooking and baking items for you to enjoy a meal in the condo during your stay. Past the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are down a hall on the left-side of the condo and the dining/living area are in front of you.
There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the bar. The living area has a sleeper sofa, flat-screen television and balcony access.
When you enter the hall, the second bedroom and bathroom are to the left and the main bedroom/bathroom are to the right.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over double and twin trundle underneath. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The main bedroom has king-size bed and futon sofa (twin-size). There is balcony access and beautiful views from the main bedroom of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks and separate garden tub.
Broadmoor Condominiums only allows TWO parking passes per condo. This has to be purchased and visible on your dashboard at all times to avoid issues. No charcoal grills allowed onsite and no parking of watercraft, trailers or RV's onsite
Guest Access:
The Broadmoor does require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Broadmoor is located half a mile from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach Bar! Take advantage of the Yacht Club, Ole River Bar, Waffle House, and Marina at the Flora-Bama. Close to great restaurants in the area including Cobalt, The Gulf, Louisiana Lagniappe, Zeke's and many more.
Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a right onto Beach Blvd for 4.8 miles and the Broadmoor is on the right.
