The Space:
Large townhome in the popular, amenity filled Bayside resort community. This home offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom, an open living area and several exterior living spaces. The living area features the nicely furnished living room with vaulted ceilings, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area and a half-bathroom. There is a large screened porch off the living area with a nice water and fountain view. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and the third bedroom features a twin over full bunk-bed, single bed and a double bed. There is a loft area on the second floor that provides another living and sleeping area with a sleep-sofa and television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located on the second floor and easily accessible throughout. Bayside offers an unrivaled amenity package that includes indoor and outdoor pools, golf tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball courts, two fitness centers, dog parks, bar and restaurant, beach shuttle, summer concerts and more. The beach and all of the fun that Fenwick Island and Ocean City have to offer are a short drive away. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.
Use of Bayside amenities requires an additional fee. A three day pass is $65 per person and a seven day pass is $115 per person. Children four an under accompanied by an adult with a valid amenity pass will be admitted for free.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
