Construction Notice - April to October 2025
Please be aware that the Blackcomb Greens Complex will undergo a major parkade renovation starting in early April. During this time:
• The common area hot tub will be closed.
• Guests may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock and landscape excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily.
• Please note the noise heard from unit #6 is minimal; the unit faces the Valley Trail on the furthest side of the project.
To compensate for any potential disturbances, we apply a construction discount at the time of booking.
