The master bedroom and second bedroom are thoughtfully placed near the washroom at one end of the home, while the third bedroom is situated on the opposite side, adjacent to the inviting living room. The dining room features a table that comfortably accommodates four, perfect for sharing meals and creating cherished memories. The open-concept design seamlessly integrates the dining, kitchen, and living areas, creating an ideal space for entertaining friends and enjoying quality time with family. The kitchen boasts beautiful, brand new appliances and is fully stocked with a toaster, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso, and dishwasher, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. We highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll along Shore Drive, known as one of the most scenic streets in Nova Scotia.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located right outside the front door, the main bus route provides easy access to transportation. Additionally, parking is included for your convenience. The neighborhood is highly walkable, allowing you to explore the area on foot. With Bayers Lake, Downtown Halifax, Downtown Dartmouth, and the Airport just a 20-minute drive away, Bedford serves as a central hub for those eager to discover all that Nova Scotia has to offer.

Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
