This large delightful home is tucked into a quiet family-friendly neighborhood just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Encinitas. This home is perfect to host the next family getaway, featuring a large tropical backyard, multiple living areas, and a chef's kitchen fully equipped to prepare the family meals. Set the perfect backdrop for the family vacation of everyone's dreams in this two-story oasis!

- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- Sorry, this home is NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
PLEASE NOTE!
- There are two smaller units on this lot. They are within the property grounds but they do not have access to this home and have no common shared space. One of the units is on the left side of the home. It shares 2 walls with the main home. This long-term resident will use the driveway to come in and out. The second home is to the left of the driveway, in a separate space that houses the trash cans. You may see the long-term tenant when they are exiting and entering the property, but they do not share any space with our guests.
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proof. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- The fireplace is to not be utilized.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty
(30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
