This ground floor apartment with terrace is located in the peaceful village of Dumenza and has easy access to both Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. It is a 12-minute drive to Luino on Lake Maggiore in Italy and an 18-minute drive to Ponte Tresa on Lake Lugano in Switzerland. There is a small supermarket about one minute walk from the apartment. There is also parking (not allocated) in the small piazza outside the apartment.
In good weather, you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace. This lovely holiday home is part of a recently restored old building. It can be found in the beautiful village of Dumenza, located in the Italian mountains which are beautiful at all times of the year, including winter, spring and autumn.
It is suitable for all ages, from young couples with children to older people, as it is on the ground floor with its own large terrace. Double bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe. The supermarket is very short from each apartment. There are a few bars and restaurants in Dumenza. Luino on Lake Maggiore is a 10-minute drive away, with several bars and restaurants. From here you can take cheap boat trips to all parts of Lake Maggiore, including the Borromean Islands, Cannobio and Cannero Riviera in Italy, Locarno and Arona in Switzerland.
