Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is an oceanfront corner unit with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.
- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.
- 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location , A little sloppy and dirty They should change the curtains in the master bedroom bathroom as they are too dirty.
