This home is on the southside of Emerald Coast Parkway which makes going to the beach super convenient and just steps to the white sandy beaches! 1ST FLOOR:
KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals with large families. It features high-end appliances and finishes throughout. Included are a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crock-pot, griddle, blender….as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large, wrap-around island bar with plenty of extra seating.
DINING ROOM: The dining room is part of the open concept design, including a high-end chandelier over a beautiful table with seating for 12. Located at the back of the house gives easy access to the beautiful backyard.
LIVING ROOM: This spacious living room is full of natural light. It’s next to the kitchen and dining room, in an open-concept lay-out. It has 2 full-sized couches, 2 chairs, and a mounted flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #1 + BATHROOM #1: . It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
BEDROOM #2 + BATHROOM #2 It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has a bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination that also is accessed from the hallway.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer located in the hallway alcove.
BATHROOM #10: (HALF BATH): This bathroom is designated for the outside space.
BACK PATIO: Located at the back of the home, off of the living room and dining room, is a cozy patio space that includes a gas grill.
BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large dining set, conversational area and several lounge chairs. There is a private saltwater pool with a hot tub/spa that can be heated in the cooler months.
2ND FLOOR:
2ND FLOOR LIVING/GAME ROOM AREA: This area has a kitchenette, a sectional sofa, and a bunk area with 2 full/full bunks with trundle beds. Air hockey and video games are also part of the entertainment area.
BATHROOM #9: Located off of the living/game room. It is a bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower.
BEDROOM #3 + BATHROOM #3:. It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand up shower.
BEDROOM #4 + BATHROOM #4 (BUNK ROOM):. This bedroom includes a full/full and a twin/twin bunk bed and mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.
BEDROOM #5 + BATHROOM #5: It includes a king-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.
LAUNDRY ROOM: This is a 2nd laundry alcove with a washer and dryer.

- Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.
- Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.
- Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

Some folks enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access. If going somewhere other than the beach access point in the neighborhood, you'll need a car.
