With wonderful golf course views from the rear deck, this stunning home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Downstairs consists of a fully equipped laundry, main bathroom, two large bedrooms and a games area suitable for the whole family.
Located upstairs is the master suite with ensuite, walk in robe and private access to the balcony. A stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining area complete with a large dining table to seat up to 10 people is perfect for any group. A fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, pantry and cooking/eating utensils allows you to enjoy a home away from home experience. A convenient powder room is also located on this floor.
Gorgeous sliding doors open out this entire area onto a generous rear deck which overlooks the Goolwa South Lakes Golf Course. The expansive wrap around deck includes outdoor lounge and dining setting (seats 10) a BBQ and Weber and an outdoor kitchen. Perfect for entertaining.
The Beachside House Goolwa is close to beautiful coastline walkways and bikeways that extend from Goolwa to Port Elliot. The location is perfect to explore the Fleurieu, the beaches, the wineries and cafes.
