Rock firepit and built in rock grill for cooking. Upstairs game room with pool table ,TV and gas log fireplace. All bedrooms have smart TV's as well. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and large family table for meals. Pet friendly as long as they are house trained. Plenty of parking. basketball goal, pier with sitting area, well lit at night if desired, boat launch across the water almost within walking distance.
