Enjoy this modern 3500 sq/ft Colorado Springs home! You won't be disappointed, the attention to detail in this home is above par!
On the main level, enjoy the sprawling, completely remodeled, modern, and open floor plan! You will be amazed by the posh finishes and cozy living room. Enjoy the tranquility of the modern fireplace while gazing out at the gorgeous Colorado Mountain range! The large island is the perfect gathering place for friends and family and the kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs; there is also a coffee bar with additional seating. The island and coffee bar have seating for 9. The living room is mesmerizing as you relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV or just relax with friends and family and take in the view! The main level also offers two cozy bedrooms. The gorgeous master bedroom features a tranquil setting you may not want to leave! There is a comfortable King bed with a Smart TV, an inviting 5-piece en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and large soaking tub as well a walk-in closet! As if this wasn't enough, enjoy private access to the side patio and the hot tub! Bedroom two is down the hall and is equipped with 2 full-sized beds and the 3/4 bathroom, with a walk-in shower off the hallway, is just across the hall. The laundry room is also found on the main level.
Now for the real fun!! Head to the large walk-out basement, equipped with all your entertainment needs! Enjoy a large open space with a wet bar, pool table, foosball, and a cozy sitting area with a large smart TV! If you need to get some work done, no worries there is a private work area/office with a desk for you to set up in! A walk-out to the back patio and pond area! There are also two more cozy bedrooms all with Queen beds, as well as a 3/4 bathroom off the hall, with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Enjoy the exterior of this home as well! The upper deck off the living room is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The Amazing Views will take your breath away! Enjoy the outdoor living room, with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Warm up to the outdoor fireplace, enjoy a cocktail, each other's company, and all that Colorado has to offer. There is also a side patio with a hot tub, that can be accessed from either the kitchen or the master bedroom. The backyard is also large with artificial turf with a patio that can be accessed from the walk-out basement.

Summary: This house was perfect for our recent trip to Colorado Springs for a tennis tournament. The house was well-appointed, clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen. The beautiful deck has sweeping views of Pike’s Peak, but unfortunately is also located up the hill from a very busy and noisy street. Happily, you can’t hear any road noise in the house. A mistake was made with our checkout date, but the issue was quickly addressed and resolved by the host/property manager. Our team would definitely book this house again for our next trip back.
