This charming Home is located in an upscale and peaceful area in San Antonio with complete privacy, no outlet on this road. Minutes from SixFlags Fiesta Texas, The shops at La Cantera, The Rim and Sea World, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, Lifetime fitness, bowling, UTSA, Dominion Golf course, Top Golf, USAA and more. This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation!
House includes covered patio and balconies with furniture, Charcoal BBQ grill, and a large inground private pool. Pool opens year around. Pool can heated (heater runs 10.15-4.15, depends on weather, may vary. )
3 Bedrooms. Beds location: One king bed and queen size sofa bed in master bedroom, One queen bed and queen size sofa bed in 2nd bedroom, One twin over full bunk bed and queen size sofa bed in 3rd bedroom, One queen size sofa bed in living area. Can sleep up to 15! (After 11 person, $25/night for extra guest)
Family gathering is welcome! Pets are allowed!

Maximum 4 cars. 2 cars in garage and 2 cars on driveway. No parking on the street, otherwise, will be towed and fined.

!! Quiet time is10pm-6am by city rules !! There will be $1000 fine. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music and voice after 10pm. Also, respecting our neighbor's resting time is the most important thing for us. Thanks!
