Enjoy the large 16 x 32 inground heated pool and brand new above ground hot tub! 2023 renovations included a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops and induction stove; two new bathrooms (four full bathrooms total in house); new hardwood flooring throughout first and second floors; new wood ceiling in basement with recessed lighting; new furniture throughout house; finished basement with 65" tv; ping pong table in garage; seven new smart tv's including a large 55" OUTDOOR TV poolside near the hot tub! New air conditioning mini splits installed throughout the entire house. In addition to five bedrooms, there are two pull-out sofas in the basement: one in the basement family room, and one in the basement sleeping room/office. Note linens and towels are not provided, but owner can email info of local providers.
