Welcome to the newly remodeled Sun Drop Villa! It is your perfect family-friendly getaway in the heart of Florida! This spacious, beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is designed to provide your family with the ultimate vacation experience. Situated just 8 miles from the magical world of Disney, it offers convenience, comfort, and endless fun for the whole family.
One of the highlights of this home is the private pool and spa. Step outside onto the spacious patio and immerse yourself in the Florida sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, or simply lounge on the comfortable furniture and soak up the rays. The spa is perfect for unwinding after a long day, letting the warm jets melt away your stress.
We provide everything you need to get started on a great family vacation. You will find 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry soap tabs, trash bag and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen; bar soap and toilet paper in each bathroom; bath, kitchen, and beach towels in the hall closet and 1 set of bed linens on the beds. Kitchen cookware, utensils, silverware, and appliances are also provided.
As you step into the house, you’ll immediately notice the open and inviting atmosphere, with 12-foot ceilings and open entertainment space for the whole family. The living area boasts ample space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Sink into the plush sofas and enjoy movie night on the large flat screen TV, equipped with cable and streaming services for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen features all brand new high-end appliances as of July 2023. The spacious island, with seating for 4, is ideal for preparing delicious meals and serves as a breakfast bar for quick meals on the go. We provide all cookware and cooking utensils including pots, pans, linens, measuring cups, bowls, and casserole dishes to make cooking easy during your stay. You’ll find everything you need right at your fingertips.
