The house is located in Tilburg Oud-Zuid in the Trouwlaan - Uitvindersbuurt district. It is a 4-under1 cap house with a garden and this district is very nice and calm, which is ideal to stay. In a few minutes you are in the lively centre of Tilburg.

- Near by the train station you have het Natuurmuseum, here you will learn about the life of plants and animals with a wink to humans.
- Nearby you have Voltage, this is an Indoor Entertainment Center where you can go for all kinds of indoor activities, this is perfect for a rainy day.
- The Spoorpark is also something not to be missed when staying in Tilburg. Pack your lunch and picnic in the industrial-looking park by the train tracks.
- The park Oude Dijk is nearby, this is a quiet oasis where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
- By bike you can go to the La Trappe brewery, this is one of the few Trappist breweries in the world. Here you can book an excursion or just enjoy a trappist in the abbey.
- A 20-minute drive will take you to the Efteling amusement park, enjoy the beautiful fairy tales and exciting attractions.
- Also a fun day trip near Tilburg is safari park the Beekse Bergen.
- At 20 minutes you are also in the National Park Loon and Drunense Dunes, discover it by bike or on foot.
- From Tilburg you can also easily get to other big cities in the Netherlands, in a hour and a half you are in Amsterdam, in 20 minutes in Eindhoven, 35 minutes in Rotterdam and in an hour in Utrecht.

On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room, which is combined with a place to eat. On the comfortable sofa you can spend hours watching the best movies and series together. The round dining table is not only perfect for serving breakfast, it can also serve as a workstation. The large modern kitchen contains everything you need to put a tasty meal on the table. There is an oven, nespresso machine and even a dishwasher. Don't feel like cooking? That's no problem in Tilburg, try one of the lovely restaurants at Piushaven or Piusplein. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor, it is smaller than the main bathroom but can be very convenient. If you walk further you come in the garden, here you can sit in the summer and if you have rented a bike, you can park it here.
On the second floor you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms. In the bathroom you will find a wonderful rain shower, where you can relax after a day on the go. There are two sinks, which is convenient when you want to get ready at the same time. If you walk up the hallway you will see three rooms, on the left you have the master bedroom with a double boxspring. In the room opposite you will find a sofa bed, this is ideal when there are a lot of you. In the next room you will find another bed for those who want to sleep alone.
- You can park your car in the street, but you do need to pay for it. This is around €1 per hour and you have to pay between 9.00 till 22.00.
- There are several bus stations nearby.
- Walking will get you to the center in no time.
- Tilburg has a train station where you can travel by train to different cities in the Netherlands.
