This turn of the century, 4th generation family home is nestled in the mountains of Montreat. The soothing sounds of mountain streams, grand mountain views, mountain trails, absolutely spectacular scenic overlooks, picturesque lakes all await you for your week of relaxation or adventure. The square features of this 1900's family cottage are wrapped by an extensive front porch. In keeping with many homes of that time, the porch was meant to cool the interior during the warm summer months. Today it also serves as a refuge during an afternoon rain. Most people are introduced to this grand 7 bedroom, 2 bath house as they pull up the driveway. Many families have used the Pratt House as a refuge and a wonderful place to create memories.
