This is not a shared space. Guests will have access to the main house and the pool house. The additional home on the property is unoccupied and also unavailable to use/rent.

- The pool is not heated and the spa is currently out of order.
- The pool gets serviced every Wednesday and is unavailable for 8 hours after it's serviced. please keep that in mind if your booking includes this day. A nearby lakefront park has a small beach area, a splash pad, boat/ jet ski rentals, and a restaurant that would serve as a great alternative while the pool is unavailable.
- Leaving doors and windows open invites bugs and critters into the home. This is a rural/suburban area with nearby bodies of water so we advise keeping the doors and windows closed as much as possible to reduce the possibility of the outside getting in.
