Our family’s quiet 4bd, 3ba home is the perfect mountain retreat. Located near Eagle Cliff in a forested locale, this home sleeps 8, has regular wildlife sightings, and a beautiful patio facing Longs Peak! This mountain get-away is only minutes from downtown and the entrance to RMNP! Please read entire listing before booking.
The house features a cozy living room, a spacious, fully stocked kitchen with ample space for cooking large meals, a large 8-person dining room table, and a separate sunny 'breakfast nook' for your morning coffee. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with linens and towels provided. Two outdoor patios provide sunny and shady options as well as multiple patio tables and chairs for sunrise coffee, daytime lounging, and sunset dinners. The large main patio features a world-class view of RMNP’s most impressive mountain feature: the "Diamond" on the 14,259ft Longs Peak!
For entertainment, an indoor game room with a ping-ping table, dozens of board and card games, an outdoor basketball court and horseshoe pit provide lots of fun family gaming opportunities. The living room also has a 50” Smart TV with multiple streaming options (using your login) and then entire home has fast wi-fi.
The house is also located within minutes of half a dozen hiking trailheads; dozens of restaurants; multiple breweries, coffee shops, vineyards & distilleries; two different activity parks with go-carts, mini golf, trampolines & more; countless ice cream, fudge & candy stores; an alpine slide; multiple rivers for fishing with a CO permit; close proximity to both RMNP entrances; two golf courses, and tons of other entertainment activities in the amazing Estes Park Valley.
