Large spacious country house in the heart of Black Perigord, very quiet, no roads, no noise. Large plot around the house with corner 'garden' with wooden garden furniture (multi-position chairs), table tennis, swing and slide and small wooden cabin for the 'little', Terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and a large covered terrace (40m2!) behind the house, with beautiful views and BBQ Plancha frying, large table chairs and 'relaxation corner', In the house you find an entrance hall, very well equipped country kitchen, it lacks nothing! A living room / lounge with fireplace, large flat screen TV and a small lounge, nice for children with tv / dvd, furniture with board games, dvds books etc. On the ground floor there is a beautiful bedroom with 180cm bed and a bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. On the floor (the chalet spirit) a big hall, 3 rooms (a bed of 140cm, a bed of 160cm and 2 beds 90cm and a baby bed) Also a bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins and TOILET. There is Wifi too! You can make beautiful walks (in the woods and countryside) from the house The house is 700m from the Plan d'Eau de Grolejac, or there is a white sand beach, (summer swimming guarded), area games, walks around the lake and on the marsh, fitness trail etc. In the village of Grolejac, 2. 5 km from the house, there is a shopping center with bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurant / bar Doctor etc. The river Dordogne is 3 km from the house, with 2 bases of canoeing, and almost private beaches! all the tourist sites, the famous Chateaux, medieval towns and villages, caves, parks, tree climbing, zoological park etc. are less than 15 minutes away! Sarlat, the famous Medieval town, with all the shops, numerous restaurants and street shows, etc. is 11 km away and the bastide of Gourdon (Lot) is also 11 km from the house. In the summer there are in many villages markets, but also gourmet markets, even all Tuesday nights at 700 m from the house a gourmet market very very nice! and shows to do and see! At no 1 hour drive there is Rocamadour, chasm Padirac, Cahors. Your stay will be too short to see everything! And dogs are welcome!
