Combine your pleasures of enjoying the ocean and a fabulous vacation destination, too! Open your heart & mind to an ocean of possibilities for your family reunion, gathering of friends, vacation retreat for small groups, or an intimate special event at this private beachhouse. A perfect location, one block from the beach, on a tidal creek with pristine marshlands views and Folly's natural bird sanctuary. This gorgeous home setting is on a unique street with cul-desacs on both ends, allowing a peaceful retreat just steps away from the ocean on the 'Edge of America', Folly Beach.
I maintain a small office space for the unique wellness amenity, the Harmonic Egg under the home, in which I work part-time, during daylight hours only. The Harmonic Egg is a sacred geometry light and sound chamber, and you can find out more at harmonicegg.com. It is completely separate from the house, with no entrance to the home, and sound proofed so that you will not be disturbed in any way. Owner parking will be on the front yard, where there is a small sign in the yard.
