This lovely home has 2 separate MASTERs, Each with a full bathroom! It has lots of interior space, large bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining, they are all spacious, for a large group! The home comes completely equipped with all the amenities you could ever ask for! Nice custom eating bar will seat 8 folks, and an additional dining table will seat 6 more! Appliances are all new, full size by side frig with an ice maker, dishwasher, oven , microwave, and a pizza oven! Lots of dishes, cookware, silverware, and pots and pans! I provide lots of extras, such as laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoos, soaps, lotions, conditioners, and the list goes on! One of the Masters is designed for handicap, with all the needed space, handrails in the bathroom, and a pop up seat in the walk in shower. I also provide extra condiments for all your cooking needs! You will also love the backyard with a picnic table, and another tables with additional chairs. It is fully fenced in with beautiful shade trees and a fire pit! Dogs, are welcome apon approval, must inquire prior to stay, and fees are 40.00 per dog,per night 🌙. Just for your information, if you plan on having a celebration of any kind, birthdays, anniversary, weddings, graduation, etc. or extra guest coming over, you must ask for permission and there are fees for entertaining group of folks, and should any extra guests stay overnight, that needs to mentioned during or after the stay.

Summary: This home was a perfect fit for our family graduation weekend needs. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, and we found the home had everything we needed, including ample parking. We were able to comfortably house 8 adults and 1 teen overnight and hosted a family dinner gathering of 18 people, with enough seating and even room enough in the kitchen to set up a buffet using a couple of long tables we brought from home. There is also a large backyard area with additional seating we couldn’t use due to bad weather, but we had plenty of room inside. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Without having to worry about the house, we could focus on enjoying family time together. Just be sure to let the owner know in advance about any large gathering and there is a pretty hefty fee.
