Fully furnished townhouse in the heart of Waterville Valley. This 3 level, 3 BR townhouse is one mile from Waterville Valley Ski Area (FREE shuttle to ski area) and is within walking distance to Town Square with its shops, grocery store and restaurants. The 1st floor has a living room with a 42' flat screen TV with VCR/DVD, a queen size sofa bed, , a half bath, a den with fireplace. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 FULL size beds,, the other bedroom with two twin size beds, a washer/dryer and a full bath. The 3rd floor has a Master BR, queen sized bed, TV, a full bath with Jacuzzi and skylight. Sleeps 8 comfortable. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Guests are welcome to use the Waterville Valley White Mountain Athletic Club for a nominal fee. Amenities include Olympic size indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, state of the arts fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis and more. There is also a 9 hole golf course within walking distance and an 18 hole course about 15 mins away. Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding, other winter activities include cross-country skiing, ice skating and hockey. Guests also have use of the Waterville Valley Athletic Club with Olympic size indoor, outdoor pools and hot tubs, for a fee. In spring, summer and fall the area is known for its hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, fishing, swimming and is close to all major White Mountains attractions. Full refunds in most cases. I have never not refunded a rental 100%. Spring- $225 weeknight, $250 weekend night, $950 weekly Summer- $225 weeknight, $275 weekend night, $1200 weekly Fall- $225 weeknight, $250 weekend night, $950 weekly Winter- $225 weeknight, $275 weekend night, $1200 weekly *Columbus Day Weekend- $285 night, 3 night minimum *Christmas Week $285 night, $1400 week *MLK Weekend- $285 night, 3 night minimum *School Vacation Week-Full week only, $1400 plus NH 9% room tax
