Summary: Staying here was a very positive experience. The house is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was good. Communication with the host was great. We chose this location specifically because it is near Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, a beautiful natural area, and not far from St. Pete Beach and the I-275, which makes it easy to get north and south. However, the immediate vicinity of the property has no charm and resembles a generic, sprawly suburb anywhere in the U.S. Also, we twice had unwelcome visitors (palmetto bugs), which I suppose can happen anywhere you go in Florida. Overall a good stay, and I would probably come here again.
