Our newly renovated villa is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit situated in the Villas de Oro community at Palmilla. The unit is located on the top floor and features a large wrap around deck complete with outdoor furnishings which is perfect for dining al fresco, outdoor entertaining, enjoying the ocean breeze and watching the beautiful Baja sunsets. In this unit, you’ll enjoy the elevated ceilings and massive windows that serve to enhance the picturesque views of the mountains and the ocean.
The villa is fully furnished in a tasteful style to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a double door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, sink, stove with oven, breakfast bar with seating for four, coffee maker, blender and much more. You can enjoy your meals in a roomy dining area that comfortably sits 6-8 people. The inviting living room with a large comfortable pull-out sofa bed, accent chairs, coffee table, 65" Smart TV and DVD player is perfect to settle in for a relaxing time. Get a restful good night’s sleep in one of the two bedrooms, both of which come with their own separate bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and a mirrored dresser. You can enjoy double sinks, a large soaking tub and open walk-in shower as well as a linen closet and a dresser in a large and airy master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser and LCD TV with DVD. The 2nd bathroom also features double sinks and open bright walk in shower.
