The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can walk to all of the important places in downtown.
This HUGE1 bedroom with all the closet space, large bathroom, complete with washer & dryer. Industrial urban decor, super comfy bed, the perfect place to enjoy a weekend (or longer) in downtown DSM! The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building. Very cool "hang out" areas scattered throughout the building for all guests to use.
