Positive: View, location, parking spot, ski locker/boot locker.
Negative: We visited in July (mid-winter). When we arrived the doors and windows were all open so the apartment was freezing. The heating system was extremely slow and didn’t effectively heat the space. Terrible shower heads with narrow/sharp stream. Very small bathrooms. Poor bedding (sheets didn’t fit).
Summary: Great location but rooms could be made much nicer
