Positive: The location was great for the beach
Negative: Cleanliness was not what we expected. Upon arrival we found dirty dishes with crusted food stuck on them. The floors weren't swept well, found peanut M&Ms near the TV stand, and side table. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms could use a good cleaning as well.
