Summary: We had some trouble, but they dealt with it politely. Leaving the door unlocked after cleaning is not acceptable from a security standpoint. In addition, I think it would be better to provide more explanations about breakfast and WiFi. The cleaning was okay, but there were some things that bothered Japanese people, so I would like to return if they could repair and improve the overall situation.
