Lane End Cottage is a brilliant 4 bed family holiday home. The property can accommodate seven people across the three first floor and one ground floor bedrooms. Externally there is front off road parking for four cars and plenty of secure rear garden space split between lawn and terrace. The location strikes a fine balance between beach and amenities, everything you need is a short walk. “Family” pace to the “Lifeboat beach” is about 5 mins, while the local shop is 2 mins around the corner. A slightly longer short walk is required for a pint with a sea view. The property is a great starting point for runs, across the beach, along the coastal path and up Culver Down with it’s impressive views. Internally the property has been renovated to a high standard and is fitted with hard flooring throughout. Ground floor: To the front of the home is also a cosy sitting room with a giant bean bag and large sofa for watching films. Holiday life revolves around the light and airy kitchen diner. Sit around the dining table for family meals and board games or put your feet up and read a good book on the sofa. The kids can watch tele at the breakfast bar, whilst everyone else sleeps in or has a glass of red. Large French doors lead out to a picnic bench, terrace and the lawned garden. Off the kitchen is a double bedroom, with garden access, and ensuite w/c, shower and utility space. First floor: Upstairs there is a family bathroom, the shower is integrated with the bath. To the front is one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The twin room is at the rear. All the rooms have some storage and under bed space.
