The kitchencomes fully stocked with all the tools and appliances needed for a fabulous stay, the new stainless grill is located on the balcony right off the living area so it is easy to take food back and forth.You have a reclaimed wood dining table thatseats 4 and the bar/island seats 4 more it's the perfect place to share a meal!Enjoy sitting around the fireplacein the living area with a very comfortablesofa and two leather chairs for sitting back to play board games, read, or to watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV. There is a half bath just off the living area.
The mastersuite with a queen-size bed is also on this level, this beautiful room has its own private patio area, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath with standup shower.
On the third level, you'll find two large bedrooms with queen-size beds. These roomsshare a full bath.This upper level also containsan adult-sized longerbunk bedwith premium mattresses.Access the large riverfront balconywithbreathtaking views! A brand NEWhot tub was installed in spring 2022.
The real fun is the outside. You have 2 fire pits on the property with a wood supply provided for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the simple fun of a group campfire. There is also a horseshoe pit for a fun game of horseshoes!
The 4 slip dock is perfect for accessing the river!The wateris not deep enough for motorized watercraft but you can enjoy cruising the river in a kayak or canoe or on a stand-up paddleboard.
