The first story of the home hosts a bedroom with two twin beds and a set of sliding glass doors which lead out to a covered deck. This deck includes an abundance of patio furniture, a grilling area, and a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. The beach fun begins on the second level of this large rental home. The open floorplan on this level pulls the living, kitchen, and dining areas together seamlessly. In the living room, a comfortable seating ensemble is comprised of a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs that face the TV for entertainment. Glass doors allow the Florida sun to filter indoors, providing a light and cozy atmosphere. Step through the glass doors onto the gulf front balcony. Here, you can take in the beautiful views, listen to the soothing waves, and sip your favorite vacation drink. Back inside, the dining room includes a round table with seating for six, and additional stools are seated at the nearby kitchen bar. A large king-size bedroom is also on this level with access to a full bathroom.
Climb the steps to the third floor, where the master bedroom and remaining guest rooms are located. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, access to a beachfront deck, and an en-suite bath. One guest room includes a king-size bed, while the other features a twin over queen bunk bed with a queen size trundle underneath.
Because of its great location in Destin Pointe, guests have immediate access to the pristine Gulf shoreline, two community pools, a clubhouse, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and more. During the summer and on holidays, Harborwalk Village sets off firework displays that can be seen from Destin Pointe, as well.
