The entire Zuytland Buiten park is located in the water and is surrounded by reed beds and forests. The villa is equipped with all modern amenities and is stylishly furnished. The large windows and garden doors to the veranda ensure that the inside is completely connected to the outside. On the ground floor you will find the living room with lounge sofa and TV and a well-equipped open kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower. The spacious master bedroom has an 'ensuite bathroom'. Outside you will find a terrace covered by a veranda with garden furniture and parasol. You can charge and store electric bicycles in the storage room. There is parking for two cars right next to the door. The area offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Discover the nature reserve from your villa by SUP, canoe, rowing or whisper boat.
