The amazing 35-foot private pool and a large pool area with views over the lake is truly special. Our guests enjoy time by the pool, playing games in the garden or visiting nearby parks and restaurants. Margaritaville Shops, Dining area, and waterpark are only 5 minutes away, and several golf courses and Lake Louisa State Park are also close by. Fishing in the lake is allowed.

As you enter our home your eyes will be drawn to the view over our pool to the Lake.
On your left is the 2nd sitting room - an ideal place for a sunny morning coffee or a place to sit quietly and read a book or watch TV.
To the right is the formal dining area with door to the kitchen and beyond to the second dining nook.
The large family sitting room is very spacious and bright with high ceilings. Two sets of doors lead out to your private pool with amazing lake views.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher plenty of dinnerware, glasses, and cookware, including unbreakable for use outside. There is a coffee machine for filter or pods. Everything you need to cook up a feast or a snack.
Outside guests enjoy outdoor living at its best! The large, covered lanai, has comfortable seating and dining area, fans to keep you cool and an outdoor TV!. There are plenty of loungers to bask in the Florida Sun.
Cool down in your very own pool - the beautiful, serene pool area is a private oasis with an amazing 38 ft large pool, sitting in a 60-foot-wide extended pool deck and has an inground spa and separate kiddie pool. Handrails allow for easy access into the pool and spa area.
The sunsets over the lake to the West are spectacular.
The spacious garden area to the right of our home is fenced, ideal for outdoor games - including an outdoor ping pong table, or relaxing in the shade of the tree. Cook alfresco - the large gas BBQ Grill is included in your rate.
There is a fully airconditioned games room, with pool table, foosball and air hockey, together with a large TV and play station with Gold Wifi gaming package to download games, for all the family to enjoy
After a long day, you will appreciate our comfortable beds! 6 spacious bedrooms, all with TV and luxury linens, are spread out to give lots of privacy.
On the ground floor to the left of the family room is the Master Suite. Decorated in tropical style, this large room has doors to the pool area, walk in closets and large ensuite with soaker tub, separate Shower and dual vanities.
To the right of the family room is the lovely Queen room with doors to the pool area. It has an adjacent bathroom with shower which also serves as the pool bathroom.
To the front of the house is the 2nd King bedroom with ensuite shower room - Facing East this room enjoys the morning sunshine.

Upstairs off the gallery landing are 3 bedrooms.
To the right is a King bedroom with ensuite shower room. This is light room, with windows to two sides and enjoys the morning sun.
Across the landing are the remaining two rooms - A brightly decorated Twin Room with African theme and the final bedroom - a large room light room with seashore theme and two full sized beds. Both rooms share the adjacent family bathroom which has a shower over tub and double vanity.
All bathrooms come with soft fluffy towels and hair driers. Bedrooms have large smart TVs, all have ceiling fans.
The floors throughout our home are either wood or tile, with area rugs in the living rooms.
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
