Positive: Good location in Cavendish for visiting Anne of Green Gables historic locations. Convenient and quite good value for money

Negative: The unfriendly after check-in regulations and threatened penalty clause (unenforceable in law) - see photo. Also the semi detached cabin we had suffered from pipework noise from either the next door cabin or the office.
