Quietly located in the year round community of Lakeview Estates on Waterfront, this home is located just a10 minute drive south of Bobcaygeon,. This 3 and a half bedroom home boasts approximately 1 acre of open space waterfront enjoyment on Pigeon Lake.
Our home/cottage is open to mature people and families with responsible adults over 30 years of age. Sorry, but parties, large groups and loud guests are not a desired fit for this quiet and peaceful property. We are family friendly and mature adults only, please.
This is a large waterfront property with meticulously maintained grounds and a superbly clean and comfortable open concept interior. Our peaceful environment lends itself well for children to run and play on the property, swim at the beach, play in the sand, play games while you relax and enjoy the waterfront view.
Or perhaps this is your private time away and all you want to do it chill out and escape the hustle and bustle of the daily life. The waterfront is a peaceful place to let all your worries go and sit back and enjoy nature. And at the end of your relaxing day, there is nothing more peaceful than falling asleep to the calling of our local Loons.
If boating/fishing is your desire then Pigeon Lake offers lots of enjoyment and flexibility being the tri-lake system of the Trent Severn Waterway. You have access to Pigeon Lake, Upper Buckhorn Lake, Chemong Lake and the Big and Little Bald lakes without a lock pass. Lots of areas to explore.
Winter stays involve a steamy hot chocolate by the granite propane fireplace after ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating, skiing or maybe snowman building. Our four seasons offer the Lakehouse beautiful backdrops regardless of the season with an abundance of things to do all year long.
