Positive: We spend time here as a family, the location is very good in the middle of multiple options on places to visit. Great location, with a impressive view. Calm and clean place. I imagine that the place would be even better a warmer season, we will definitely stay again.
Negative: We stayed in a house (not a mobile home) the house had no ventilation with no insect nets on the window of the kitchen and a very thick net on the room/bathroom that wasn't closing all the way to the top, we couldn't open the windows without a swarm of bugs coming in. Also no kitchen stove exhaust which caused a huge condensation to the point it was heavily damped and one couldn't walk barefoot.
Summary: Beautiful place situated in a great location.
