Wonderful views of the lake and Mt. LeConte, the crown jewel of the Great Smoky Mountains. The top deck is off the kitchen and living room and features a gas grill, table and chairs for outside dinning. The bottom deck is off the Game Room and features a Hot Tub with more seating and access to the back yard. There are also 2 balconies adjoining the two King bedrooms offering an excellent place to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunrise in one and sunset over the lake in the other.
The property also features two lake side decks large enough for a water side picnic or just a place to sit and relax. Bring your camp chairs because there are multiple places to sit and relax, including fire pit area.
Speaking of the fire pit....Enjoy a camp fire in the huge fire pit area overlooking the lake and the mountains. Beautiful Sunsets will offer a show before the camp fire is lit so get comfortable and enjoy the evening! Bring your own LOCAL wood and remember what Smoky says, "Remember... Only YOU Can Prevent Forest Fires." So please burn responsibly!
The private dock is on deep water and offers a long gangplank that will make an awesome fishing pier for all you family to fish from. A brand new aluminum swim ladder has been added which provides easy access in and out of the water. Ample room in deep water for multiple boats. Once in the water, to the right side of the dock is a great location to swim or fish on a small cove that gets you off the main channel of this Flat Creek location. Be sure to bring all your own gear including life jackets and floats since you are swimming at your own risk.

This home has 3 different levels, offering house of fun and privacy for the whole family.
Upstairs, there are 2 new King bedrooms, (each with its own TV and private balcony) and 1 full Bath.
The main level contains 1 king bedroom, and a full Bath.
There is a brand new kitchen with bar and granite counter top fully loaded with Dishwasher, Microwave, K-Cup Machine and Regular Coffee Pot, Blender and Frig.
In the dining area there is a table that seats 8. Plus a bar for 3 or 4 that faces a long range view of the mountains and lake. Speaking of views, the main level offers views from one side of the home to the other from the Living Room's huge sectional couch for when you just have to relax after a long day of playing outside.
Speaking of Downstairs, the Game room has been transformed into the ultimate family gathering area. It has a full size Pool Table and ESPN Air Hockey table. There is an electronic gaming table for two with literally hundreds of games.
Enjoy Streaming from the the HUGE wall mounted flat screen TV which provides easy viewing during any game room activity. There is a full sized Washer & Dryer in a separate laundry room on the Game Room Level. When you walk out of the game room you will have another full length deck and Hot Tub. Everywhere on this property has a view (except maybe at the front door).
PET FRIENDLY! This allows pets. There is a per pet charge. When you indicate pets, only one pet is included. We will need to collect separately for additional pets and be sure a Damage Deposit has been indicated.

This home has been our most popular 3 bedroom for years and now with the remodel completed, it has been and will continue to be amazing! Running Saturday to Saturday in Mid June, All of July and Mid August 2023 but we will make some 7 night arrival date exceptions late August 2022. This home is close to other homes we offer here if you have a large group. Just ask and we will get you the VRBO ID numbers. This home has tier pricing based on the number of guests over 6 in the party to be fair to all guests and the owner.
