Our vacation rental is fully equip with a private dock, unbeatable lake views, game room, hot tub, large screened in patio, five burner gas grill, fire pit, beautiful living room and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Two master suites with king beds, a 3rd guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk bed room, that sleeps up to four. House entertainment includes TV, which is Netflix compatible with your own account, WiFi, NFL SUNDAY TICKET MAX! Kitchen includes a stylish wrap-around breakfast bar, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood floors and plenty of cabinet space. Prepare a feast in the gorgeous space that's sure to become the center of your family activities! Beyond the kitchen is a dining room offering a farm chic table for eight, a beautiful chandelier, along with a buffet table. Outside, you'll find plenty of green space, along with a soft-sanded beach area. With additional amenities including a paddle board, kayak, rope swing, ping pong etc... The private dock is serene, and plenty of space to tie a boat (but please note that the boat lift and jet ski lifts are not available for guest use). Dubbed one of Florida's prettiest small towns and named the "Most Interesting Town in America" by Reader's Digest in 2012, the community of Lake Placid prides itself on its 27 freshwater lakes, community murals, and friendly atmosphere. Spend your days sunbathing at the lake or head into town - it's just five minutes away.
