Enjoy a beautiful peaceful property w/in walking distance of Lake Norman. 5 Bedrooms w/ 9 beds, this property is family friendly w/ comfortable beds & sheets, great amenities & a pool & hot tub on property. Only 2 VRBO’s use this pool & hot tub. Home has great amenities including 6 4k TV's located in home w/ kids playroom, foosball table & more. Pool has diving board & slide. Lake Access w/ boat launch for all guest. Pool is closed from October-April. Hot tub open all year.
The Space:
As you walk into the front entrance you will be in the middle of the home. To the right is the large living room with brand new leather sectional with 4 recliners, large 65 inch 4k Roku TV. As you move around you will see the beautiful custom farmhouse dining room table seating 8 people. There is a high chair & booster seat always available.
As you swing around dining room, you will see a beautiful granite peninsula with 3 bar stools overlooking back patio and pool. Kitchen has all stainless steal appliances and is fully stocked with enough glasses, dishes and more for 14 guests. We keep a Ninja Blender, Waffle Maker, Keurig, Air fryer & much more free to use.
There are 2 French Doors that open up to back patio with access to sit in the shade comfortably. There is a grill to use for free and pool. Entire back yard is fenced in and has a beautiful large 1.2 acre yard. There is even a raised garden bed with herbs and spices to pick for free and during certain times of the year, the large fig tree, strawberry plants and rhubarb plants are available for guests.
As you circle back around below the stairs you will see a brand new full bathroom designed for kids with a tub. There is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds with dressers in the bed frame and armoire for hanging clothes. A beautiful gas fireplace is also there (do not use unless you get instructions on how it works). Another 50 inch 4k Roku TV is above the fireplace.
As you swing to the right, you will see our "Kids Room". It is 2 rooms that include a play room with foosball table, Roku TV w/ Bluray player. There are many board games, toys and kids movies to watch with seating just for the young ones. There is 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 children. There is a special lock on the door that only the adult get code so no kids can get to the pool.
Upstairs you will see 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. As you walk up the stairs you will see the newly stained parquet wood flooring. The first bedroom you see has a queen bed & 45 inch 4k Roku TV. The second bedroom is a very large bedroom with a Kingsize bed, 55 inch 4k Roku TV and closets. There's a full bathroom in hallway for those 2 bedrooms.
The final room is the Master Suite with a King-size Bed, 55 Inch 4k TV w/ BlueRay Player. There's a large master bathroom with double vanity, walk-in closet and stunning shower with double head showers. There is a walk-out patio in the Master Suite with some comfortable wicker furniture to enjoy coffee and the beautiful view over pool.
Pool is closed from October-April. Hot tub open all year.
Guest Access:
You will be given a code to enter the door. No need to meet anyone or use a key. Ring security camera is located at front door and pool for safety. No cameras inside anywhere. Noise monitor located inside home that monitors if it’s too loud for too long.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Lakeshore Shores. A stunning neighborhood located on the shores of Lake Norman. 3 Lakeside lots available for only homeowners in neighborhood. You will have access to all 3 lots with lake with key. Each lake lot has boat ramp to let off your own boat as well as shoreline swimming options.
Other Things to Note:
Because home is in a very nice safe HOA, no parties or loud noise can be allowed outside or inside the home past 10 pm. Thank you!
