Welcome to beautiful lakeside living in Gilbert! This spectacular 5 bedroom located in the exceptional gated community of Val Vista Lakes is the ideal getaway retreat for your group.
We allow guests to use our pontoon boat + kayaks on the lake in our backyard.
Note: This home is a new listing for us as a vacation rental but we are not new to hosting. We've loved hosting guests at our homes in Scottsdale and Pinetop, Arizona. We no longer rent those homes, but we are excited to offer this one for your enjoyment.
We want your stay to be worry-free and fun. We include the use of our pontoon boat, kayaks, and hot tub heating with no additional charges!

The space
This fantastic desert oasis combines style and sophistication for entertainment and fun. Bring your friends or family to stay in this 4-bedroom plus den with a pull-out bed in a designer's dream home!
Our outdoor oasis boasts a beautiful clear blue heated pool*, hot tub, luxury outdoor seating for 20 people, BBQ grill, relaxing sunning loungers, outdoor games, 2 kayaks, and a pontoon boat.
* Heating the pool is an additional fee. Please contact us for details if you are interested in this.
* We have a Tesla charger in the garage. So bring your Tesla and it will be easy to charge!
IMPORTANT NOTE: No events are allowed with outside guests. The only guests allowed must be staying at the home. Max occupancy is 14 guests. Absolutely NO PARTIES. Guests found breaking this rule will be asked to leave without a refund. It's an amazing home, so respect the rules and we will all have a great time!

Bathroom 3: Downstairs off of the main living area. Newly renovated tiled shower plus toilet and vanity with sink.
