Located on the 18th fairway of the world class Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, this property will accommodate everyone from golfing enthusiasts to those chasing a luxury holiday home in beautiful Dunsborough.
Not just limited to a Golf Course property, this home also includes an enormous theatre room with a huge Plasma TV with surround sound and enough seating for the whole group.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King bed, wall mounted television and DVD player, looking our past the expansive balcony overlooking the 18th fairway, green and lakes of the beautiful golf course. Off the main bedroom is the en-suite that includes a soothing spa bath to enjoy after a day on the course or at the beach.
Also located upstairs is the large open games room with pool table, kitchenette including bar fridge for convenience. With reverse cycle air conditioning and an open gas fireplace, comfort is guaranteed year round.
Downstairs has the main living areas, kitchen including dishwasher and double fridge/freezer looking past the dining area to the outside deck, manicured gardens, built in BBQ and fully enclosed backyard with a gate leading you directly onto the golf course and just 200m to the Club House.

Summary: Such a great house for a group of friends. We love the outlook over the golf course and the pool table upstairs.Only thing we would have loved included is some basic kitchen things, like salt and pepper and oil for cooking.This is the second time we have stayed here and we'll definitely be back again!
