It's the perfect vacation spot for several families coming together to spend time and make memories. Big timbers, vaulted ceilings, a panoramic deck and view, sports bar and billiards room, 10 ft screen in the home theater and a huge living room with stone fireplace allow opportunities for group activities, games, and private spaces. Our fabulous kitchen allows your inner chef to come out or you might walk next door and enjoy a fine meal at the Vin Du Lac winery (while the kids eat hot dogs, play pickleball or swim and make s'mores at the community fire pit.) This is the largest house in The Lookout (4650 sq. ft.) and was built as a primary residence by a premier builder in 2008. It has beautiful stonework, vertical grain fir, cherry floors and cabinets, and granite throughout. It was purchased by our family in 2015 and we decked it out from head to toe. The sleeping arrangements are spectacular with 3 kings, 2 queens, 8 twins including a really cool bunk room where next generation can be plotting their fun. Sleeps 20 with the two high-end Frontgate portable beds. The Lookout is a special place with lots of shared amenities. In the daytime you might be out on the lake or using the pool. There are a lot of common areas with walking paths, pickleball, bocce ball, fire pits, parks and a playground. It's a place where you can land with your family, hang out and not feel like you want to hop in the car and go elsewhere. If you do wish for other adventures our community of Chelan has plenty to do. It doesn't make any sense to have Lakeside Bluff sit empty when we are not at the lake so we hope your family can make a tradition of bringing everyone together and creating new traditions and enjoying our lake home as much as we do! We welcome church groups, social groups and work retreats. Soli Deo Gloria! Dogs are not allowed at Lakeside Bluff. The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on weekends.
