Luxurious waterfront cabin on the Island Park Reservoir. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, propane fireplace, and laundry facilities. This cabin has satellite TV, WiFi Internet, propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, and private dock. Large picture windows on the main floor and 2nd floor for watching the activities or scenery. Maximum of 14 people. This cabin does NOT allow pets or smoking. This cabin is hypoallergenic. The covered deck offers plenty of room for the family to sit and enjoy the mountain and water views. Extra banquet tables and chairs are there for your use at family meals. The fire pit is located on the patio just of the deck Bring your own wood for the fire pit. The private dock is perfect to put your family boat in at one of the community boat launches and bring around to the private dock. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with propane fireplace, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms in the hallway, and laundry facilities. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms 1 has a king and queen with a 3/4 bathroom, 2 other bedrooms are provided with a queen, and twin bed in each, also a sitting room with a hide-a-bed and TV. Kitchen amenities: full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Other amenities: satellite TV programming, WiFi Internet, flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, propane BBQ grill, outside fire pit, private dock. This cabin does NOT have air conditioning. This cabin does not provide life vests. The Island Park Reservoir's water level fluctuates during the summer. Rainbow Rentals cannot guarantee waterfront property, water depth. Lakeshore Retreat is about 37 minutes to the western entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It is waterfront property on the Island Park Reservoir's western shore. Restaurants, gas stations, Island Park golf course, fishing, hunting, ATV and snowmobile trails, river rafting, horseback riding, and water sports are all just minutes away from the cabin.
