This regal “Lakeshore Retreat” in the beautiful gated Arrowhead Lake community is the perfect vacation home! This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and 2 levels of shared living spaces, including a game room. This all-season home includes access to great amenities, is close ski resorts and boasts the joys of summer living, with 4 beaches and 3 pools.
Our community does charge added fees (see below).
Leave your worries behind and escape to the Poconos! Make a splash in Arrowhead Lake, take a dip into one of the 3 heated outdoor community pools(open seasonally), or hit the slopes at Camelback Mountain Resort! After a day of fun, come back and relax at our newly renovated home away from home. Spend the evening on the deck or play into the night in the well-equipped game room.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, Crock-Pot, toaster, blender, Kitchen-Aide mixer, waffle maker, breakfast bar w/ seating and more.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, Pack N' Play

The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more!

In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week
Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $5 per person per day
Gate Card Fee=$15 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: =$20
Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment that is received less than 3 days prior to arrival or if registration information is not submitted on time.
If not paid they will NOT let you in
-Upon arrival, you will have to go to the main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. They are open 24/7

Summary: This house is in a perfect location, close to the pool and beach 2. The towels and linens smelled so good! The kitchen was well stocked and the refrigerator held 4+ days of food. The double driveway was appreciated by our large group. Overall, the house was clean. Some room for improvement: There is no air in the downstairs rooms and they get stuffy! I know the house is in the woods, but there were a lot of spiders and cobwebs, especially in the basement. The back deck could have used a good sweep in between renters. This might be a one time issue, but the bathroom sink was not draining and we had to do some minor plumbing. The kitchen sink faucet is also very loose. Finally, the check-in process through the management company was terrible. There was a lack of communication about how you now have to go to a location outside of Arrowhead and check-in there. You need to show a drivers license for each driver. We did not know any of this and went to the main Arrowhead gate. We then had to backtrack out of Arrowhead to the management office. This added ~40 minutes to our check in time by the time we realized we ALL had to go to the office, etc. For future renters, make sure you have the address of the off-site location before you arrive. Your can also pick up the key cards in any order without waiting until the person who made the reservation shows up (we also did not know this). I hope this information helps future renters be less frustrated!
