This is a very quiet neighborhood, No parties or events or fireworks and there is a Zero noise policy after 9 PM.
The water is less than 24" deep at the seawall and has a sand bottom that is great for swimming. There are 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids Kayaks, Paddleboat, and life jackets for adults and kids that you are welcome to use.There is firewood behind the shed and fire starter in the shed to build a campfire.
